HD 36384 is a red giant star about 693 light-years away in the constellation Camelopardalis. It is also a pulsating variable that changes its brightness in a 586-day cycle. In 2023, reanalysis of its radial velocity measurements (first detected in 2017) revealed that it is orbited by a single gas giant planet, roughly about 6.6 times more massive than Jupiter
