Mu Leonis, also known as Rasalas, is a single K2 IIIb giant star about 124 light-years away in the constellation Leo. A giant planet with a minimum mass of approximately 2.4 times that of Jupiter was discovered orbiting this star via the radial velocity method in 2014, with an orbital period of 358 days at a semi-major axis of 1.1 AU.
