GJ 4276, also known as TIC 428238233, is a single M4 type red dwarf star about 69.6 light-years away in the constellation Cepheus. A Neptune-mass planet with a 13.35-day orbital period was discovered via the radial velocity method in 2019, whose planet has a minimum mass of approximately 16 times that of Earth. The planet is notable for having an eccentric orbit with e = 0.37, making it the most eccentric short-period exoplanet found around an M dwarf known at the time of discovery.
