HD 45184(GJ 3394) is a single G-type main-sequence star located approximately 71 light-years away in the constellation Canis Major.The star has a mass of about 1.03 times that of the Sun, a radius of about 1.05 times that of the Sun, and an effective temperature of approximately 5,862 K. It is roughly 3 billion years old. At least two planets have been discovered orbiting this star via the radial velocity method:
· HD 45184 b: approximately 12.2 times the mass of Earth, orbital period of 5.8854 days, semi-major axis of 0.064 AU.
· HD 45184 c: approximately 8.8 times the mass of Earth, orbital period of 13.135 days, semi-major axis of 0.110 AU.
