A fictional Cassini-type spacecraft launched in February 27, 2019 to study Neptune and its moons from 2027-2031. It is the sixth of eight missions as part of the Toutatis Program (2018-2047), although chronologically it was the fifth launched (after Toutatis-7 and 3)
