KELT-23 is a binary star system, consisting of a G-type main-sequence star and a red dwarf, located approximately 413.3 light-years from the Solar System in Ursa Minor. Component A has a hot Jupiter with a mass about 3.5 times that of Jupiter, completing one orbit in only 2.255 Earth days.
