GJ 3378, also known as LHS 1805, is a single M4V-type red dwarf star located approximately 25.2 light-years (7.73 parsecs) away in the constellation Camelopardalis. A potentially habitable super-Earth, GJ 3378 b, was confirmed orbiting this star via the radial velocity method in 2026. The planet has a minimum mass of approximately 2.3 times that of Earth and an orbital period of 21.45 days, placing it within the star's habitable zone where liquid water could exist.
