33342 (1998 WT₂₄) is a potentially hazardous asteroid of the Aten group. It was discovered on 1998-Nov-25 by the LINEAR project. Its orbit makes it cross the orbits of Mercury, Venus and Earth, and due to its low orbit inclination, it is capable of approaching all of these planets. Measuring between 350-415 meters in diameter, it could potentially cause devastation on a regional scale if it hits Earth.
