Adds an alternative surface that shows how Earth could look like in the future (let's say some where around 2075-2115), complete with city lights aswell, inspired by an old addon on Celestia Motherlode called "Future Earth", but unlike that one, here it's much more realistic as I created the water overlay using GEBCO's sub-ice topography and the city lights aren't as extreme.
