2024 PT₅ is a small near-Earth asteroid that became a temporary moon of Earth from September to November 2024. Measuring about 11 meters in diameter, it made its closest approach to Earth on August 2024 at a distance of 567,000 km. It is expected to be captured again temporarily by Earth's gravity by 2055 and 2084
