HD 95086 is a young A-type pre-main sequence star about 281.94 light-years away in the constellation Carina. In 2013, a massive gas giant planet was discovered via direct imaging, which is orbiting between two protoplanetary disks surrounding its parent star. Both the planet and its host will receive formal names after the results of the NameExoWorlds (2022) campaign becomes public by March 2023
