Kepler-9, aka KOI-377, is a G-type main sequence star located about 2061.28 lightyears from the solar system. two low-density, resonant sub-Jupiters as well as a close, hot super-Earth orbit this star. This was one of the first systems where Transit Timing Variations were used to measure the masses of it's planets.
