HAT-P-1, also known as TOI-1388 and Gaia-TROI-81, is a binary star system of a Sun-like star and an F-type main sequence star about 522.37 light-years away in the constellation Lacerta. A superjovian planet orbits the secondary star in the system, component B, which was the first planet discovered by the HATNet Project in 2006
