LHS 1678, also known as TOI-696, is a binary star system located in the constellation Caelum, consisting of a red dwarf and a brown dwarf, separated by 5 astronomical units. The red dwarf LHS 1678 A has three planets, all very close to the primary star, with orbital periods of 21 hours, 3.7 days, and 5 days respectively.
