6 Lyncis, also known as HD 45410, is a K-type giant star that exhausted the hydrogen in its core 2.8 billion years ago and left the main sequence. Its current radius is 5.12 times that of the Sun. This star is approximately 179 light-years away from Earth, located in the constellation Lynx, and is known to have an exoplanet orbiting it.
