K2-99, also known as EPIC 212803289, is a G-type subgiant star located 1703.5 light-years from Earth. Two gas giant planets orbit it: one with only 87% of Jupiter's mass and an orbital period of just 18.24783 Earth days, and the other with a mass more than 8 times that of Jupiter and an orbital period of 522.2 Earth days.
