TOI-421, also known as BD-14 1137, is a binary star system consisting of a G-type main-sequence star and a red dwarf, located in the constellation Lepus. In 2020, two planets were announced to have been discovered, both orbiting component A. Planet b is the first hot sub-Neptune orbiting a Sun-like star, and its atmosphere shows traces of sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxide. Planet c is an inflated hot Neptune, with a mass almost twice that of planet b.
