SOLAR-1, also known as the Space weather Observations at L1 to Advance Readiness-1, is a NASA/NOAA mission that aims to monitor solar activity from the Earth-Sun Lagrange point (L1) that may pose harm to Earth's telecommunications network. It was launched aboard a Falcon 9 rocket alongside the IMAP spacecraft on 24 September 2025, and it is designed to complement and later replace the capabilities of both ACE and DSCOVR missions.
