The Communications/Navigation Outage Forecasting System (C/NOFS) satellite was an USAF mission to investigate and forecast scintillations in the Earth's ionosphere. It was launched by an Orbital Sciences Corporation Pegasus-XL launch vehicle at 2008-Apr-16 and decayed on 2015-Nov-28
