2014 AA was a small Apollo-group asteroid that burned up the Earth's atmosphere over the Atlantic Ocean about 21 hours after discovery. About 2-4 meters in diameter, it is the second known asteroid to be observed that was on a direct collision course with Earth after 2008 TC₃
