Kepler-48, aka KOI-148, is a K-type main sequence star located about 1009.36 from the solar system. Five planets comprised of two Oceanics, a sub-Neptune, a super-Jupiter mass gas giant and a sub-Jupiter mass gas giant are known to orbit this star.
